Advantage Software’s Guarantee
The products Advantage Software offers are of the highest quality, and we expect that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that a circumstance arises where an item does not fulfill our written product description, we will, at our discretion, replace or repair the item to meet our standards.
Due to their nature, the following product types cannot be returned for credit or refund: computer software, content on digital media, training materials, service and support agreements, computers, and shorthand machines.
New shorthand machines include a one-year warranty. Other products, if purchased directly from Advantage Software and not through a distributor or leasing company, can be returned with pre-approval by Advantage Software Customer Service if they are returned in resaleable condition in their original packaging within thirty days of receipt. A 20% (of retail price) processing fee will be deducted from your credit or refund on approved returns. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees. A Return Authorization (RA) number must accompany any returns for proper credit to be given.
