  • Native Win 10 - Plug & Play (PC systems - i.e. PC shipped with Win10 pre-installed).
  • Win 7, 8, XP, Vista, Non-Native Win 10 - Insert USB dongle, download and install the driver from Avantree support site (Non-native are reinstalled or upgraded versions of Win 10).

  • PS4 / Xbox One S controllers and many other BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) devices

Note: For game controllers, you may need to install game / platform specific drivers to configure key settings.

  • When using the Bluesoleil software to pair with the Bose QuietComfort 35 (Series I), it may be initially mistaken for a BLE device and refuse to pair - please try to search again, then it should be recognized correctly. See our online video guide for more information.
  • To configure game controllers, you may need to install game / platform specific driver software.

Doesn't work / not recommended for:

  • Cannot Bluetooth-enable TVs, speakers or car stereo systems
  • Doesn't support Mac or Linux operating systems
  • Does not work with keyboard / mouse accessories based on 2.4G wireless technology
  • Does not work with gaming consoles like PS4, Nintendo Switch or X-box one
  • Not ideal if you're looking for a LONG RANGE audio transmitter (we suggest the Avantree Leaf instead). Factors in your environment may also impact range
