This is a free webinar (previously recorded) provided by Advantage Software to show you everything you need to know about providing your services remotely using Eclipse, Zoom and Bridge Broadcaster. Julie Samford will be your guide. If you were not able to attend live, no worries! You can view the recording at your leisure.
There is no charge for the training, but if you need to submit your certificate of attendance to NCRA for credits, there will be a fee payable to NCRA.
We are operating on reduced staff because of the COVID-19 crisis, and need to do whatever we can to avoid overwhelming tech support with questions related to the webinar. Please help us reduce support calls by submitting any questions that arise related to the webinar to zoom@eclipsecat.com. We'll post an FAQ section on this page as well as update with new information that may be helpful to you.
You must take a quiz (link below) to earn your certificate of attendance and will need to make at least 70 percent in order to get a passing grade. Julie gives some helpful tips for passing the quiz in the webinar, and we think you'll find it pretty easy. After taking the quiz, you will see a button that says "View Accuracy." Press that button to see your score and any questions you may have missed. Your certificate will be emailed to you immediately after completing the quiz if you passed. The certificate comes from qa@eclipsecat.com and is sent to the email address that you input when taking the quiz. The class is two hours long, so you can earn .2 CE credits.
PLEASE NOTE: You can save $25 with NCRA by submitting your CE application online. NCRA charges $25 extra for manual processing if you email, fax or mail in your information. Please read this page for the set of complete instructions and fee schedule:

**IMPORTANT: This webinar has been pre-qualified by NCRA for .2 CE credits. Advantage Software has NOT submitted this webinar for pre-approval to any state. If you need credits, please remember to fill out any forms necessary to get the webinar approved by your licensing board or organization. Thank you.
